Alen Thomas completed his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saintgits college of Engineering under Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India in May, 2013. He was working in the Mechanical and Electrical department of V – Guard Industries LTD, Kerala, India for 3 years from September, 2013, Comprising 2 years of Management Trainee – R&D and 1 year of Sr. Engineer – R&D. He is currently pursuing MSc in Mechanical Engineering at University of Saskatchewan, Canada under Professor Jerzy A Szpunar since September, 2016 and is working in the development of process parameters for pipeline manufacturing to avoid the premature failure by corrosion.
